Instead of threatening Americans who depend on the income from Social Security and Veteran's Benefits when the Congress can't get their act together to balance the budget or agree on a plan, hold Congress responsible and withhold their paychecks and benefits until they can agree to help the American Middle and Lower "Classes" and not kowtow to the lobbyists with the most money for the 1%.
