Lake, Mchenry, Boone, Winnebago, Stephenson, and Jo Daviess counties are all part of Illinois. So much potential and opportunity for growth exists in these counties from the city of Waukegan in the east to Rockford and Galena to the west. Yet the state government in Springfield has for far to long neglected to make the necessary improvements which would make these areas thrive and progress. Numerous infrastructure projects are on the table, which would improve the quality of life in these areas and help alleviate traffic, but the state of Illinois has never acted upon any of them. The tolls on the tri-state tollway and other interstates are outrageous. Enough of the politics in Springfield. Wisconsin has a proven track record of getting things done. Lets secede from Chicago and Illinois.
