Take Lawrence Summers off the list of candidates for Chairman of the Federal Reserve.

Created by P.A. on July 24, 2013

Lawrence Summers should not be appointed to Fed Chairman for many reasons, but especially because of his close ties to the banking industry and his work to repeal the Glass-Steagall Act. Absent his efforts, it might still be the law of the land and the 2008 financial crisis may have been avoided.

His well-known feelings and comments about women offer more proof of his unsuitability for such an important position.
