The President needs to address the crumbling American infrastructure with a meaningful program that will create jobs and take serious strides toward rebuilding our bridges, roads, water pipes, etc. America is long overdue for an infrastructure tune up and shouldn't have to wait for people to get hurt, or worse in order to do so.
