Take the lead in simplifying the job application process.

Help preserve the energy of job-seeking Americans by the use of very simple, existing technology so that they can avoid the repetitive and exhausting labor of filling out job application after job application. Create or adopt an open and standard Exstensible Markup Language (XML) Schema for all federal job applications and begin accepting job applications in XML format. Provide for job applicants to retain copies of their application in XML format. Provide incentive for state, county, city and private employers to adopt the same open standard.
