If I paid a cop to let me get away with speeding, it would be considered bribing and official. which is a crime.
Why should politicians be allowed to have congress infested with lobbyists who offer nothing but bribes in the form of perks and rewards, tickets to events, travel food etc. in order for politicians to vote in their sponsors favor. what's wrong with this picture? bribery in any form or name is still bribery. 1+1=2 bribing and lobbyist engaging in bribery is still bribery.
