Jim Stawicki was proven to be the Father of child born of a physical relationship. There is a positive DNA. The young boy is now 10 years old.
Jim has not been allowed to see the boy since birth however has maintained child support for all of these years.
Upon calling on the boys birthday this year, Jim learned that the boy's Mother had passed away, A YEAR AGO and the boy now lives with his Great-Grandmother who is 92 years of age. He lives there with his half brother.
Jim has attempted visitation with this child, all to no avail, it is believed that now another female family member is in "charge" and is thwarting efforts for Jim to see his son.
