Take a look at the insanity plea during a court case where a suspect was involved in murdering another individual.

In the wake of Chris Kyle and fellow veteran Chad Littlefield's murder in Texas yesterday I believe the suspect will have leniency because of a medical condition known as P.T.S.D. (post traumatic stress disorder). I feel that any given person that commits ill will to another can not plea insanity because of a medical condition. I believe that if one is capable of committing a crime of any level and or including the death of a person should be tried as an individual without having any medical condition or conditions. My deepest condolences go out to his family in this difficult time. I hope to see resolve with this issue because it seems though anyone can go out on a killing spree to later plea insanity and get the minimum punishment for the awful crime they committed.
