My plan is outlined at http:www.riograndecanal.com and is a complete plan that will eliminate illegal immigration, eliminate drug smuggling, create millions of jobs immediately, generate billions of dollars in new revenue, create the largest tourist attraction on the planet, improve the pollution worldwide, reduce the cost of shipping goods across the oceans and improve our national security from people crossing our southern border. It will also allow us to reduce our border patrol agents and save $20-$30 billion a year in patrolling that border. Also keeping our current border agents safe since they won't be chasing immigrants through the desert in the middle of the night.
