To take a look at the nations child support laws, and to address the growing problem of unfairness to paying parents.

This petition, is here by submitted to the administration, for the purpose of having the national and state child support laws to be reviewed and or reformed. In the attempt to better promote and encourage fairness for both custodial and non custodial parents. The laws as they currently stand are bias to the custodial parent only, and show no regard for the financial situation or obligation that the non custodial parent has to there we'll being and to that of there families and or other children. This petition in no way is calling for the abolishment of the system, but only that it is taken up by the administration and or appropriate courts. And that all who see fit May comment or testify on there own behalf.
