Take Marijuana off of the controlled subtance list, or at least re-classify as different than cocaine and heroin.

as long as marijuana is federally recognized as a schedule I drug that is as harmful as cocaine and heroin it does not stand a chance to have real reform. Most educated people realize that the damage done all around from cocaine and heroin vastly out wiegh the effects that marijuana takes upon its users. Studies show that cannibis is even less harmful than many of the other drugs listed as schedule 2,3,4 and 5 drugs.
