Based on the many recent events that have come to past in few decades we, as a society, have come to a determination that marijuana should no longer be considered a class A illegal substance that has no been proven to:
1) cause immediate death
2) caused less recorded incidence of criminal activity
3) Disproportionally criminalized minority (blacks & Hispanics) for possession
This was a potentially racial act of discrimination started by Harry Anslinger in the 1930s as a war against minorities. Alcohol which is be marketed and celebrated has caused more social ills as a legal substance. The prohibition war destroys lives. Legalize it.
