Its time to end the war on drugs with marijuana. It should be taxed and regulated the same as alcohol. Instead of wasting taxpayers money on arresting people for non violent marijuana crimes.Most offenders arrested are children. Giving them a bad rap sheet in the beginning of there life gives them no hope for the future. That money could be better used in drug and alcohol education and rehabilitation. Stop making problems and find a solution. Lets end marijuana prohibition. This well also create a new job market which has already proved successful in some states.
