stop all states from control of marriage & no more licence or rules .leave it to the churches for the kind of marriage that church or religon teaches. marriage belongs to god anyway.The u.s.a goverment & the states has no right to be in the bed room in the first place.But they do have a right & obligation to the people to form a civil union contract. But not to dictate rules for a free peoples of color /sex/ race/ creed/ religon or numbers of spouses.as long as they are of age as adults in the united states of america.
