Take mathematics out from being required

Math should be taken out from being required. Over 6 million American high school students are struggling in Algebra 1. 1 in 4 freshmen fail algebra at least once. Algebra in general specifically makes a student overthink. These complex problems are delaying kids from problem solving. Ever since common core more kids have dropped out since ever before. The dropout rate is rising due to math and mostly algebra. Making kids show work is only making them even farther behind. Farther behind than from what they are from failing once. Math also puts kids at stress because when they fail, there is less of a chance that they will graduate on time. The old way of math to most people was a lot easier than this new way of math which is a lot harder. hopefully people are with me on this
