Enforce a demilitarized zone (DMZ) on the Eastern Ukraine/ Russian border, and provide more support to Ukraine for removing of pro-Russian separatists.
If necessary, maintain a no military zone by NATO flights to remove serious threats to civil (and military) aviation, to allow the safe passage of all airlines over Eastern Ukraine, to avoid another MH17 tragedy.
US, EU and NATO provide Ukrainian government and/or Ukrainian Military with more aid in the form of intelligence, training, and weapons, to remove Pro-Russian Separatists.
Provide with resources to strengthen the Eastern border and monitor all traffic on Eastern Ukraine and Russian Border.
Freeze Russian government and Pro Russian Separatists assets/funds outside Russia, and use them to pay to all victims of families of MH17
