Take military personel under veteran or discharge status and have them work for the government as security at schools

i believe that if you take able military personel and give them a security job at a school or federal building it would not only provide job security, but also lower or eliminate shootings at these locations. I propose the government also take care of their veterans. This has the ability to help.
