Currently, the United States of America owes over $17.5 Trillion in debt to foreign countries. We the people of the United States request that the Obama Administration commence solving the debt by taking funds from foreign aid. We have many allies, and we do not to jeopardize these relationships. Countries that can be helped by other world powers can understand the need to pay off debt. The next generation will have to deal with this issue on a large scale, thus we should begin trying to lessen the problem for them.
