According to "bls.gov/news.release/atus.nr0.htm"
Americans spend (2.7 hours per day) watching TV. The percentage of negative political TV ad campaigns sponsored by super pack financed politicians has been on the rise in the past decades. I propose legislation that forces presidential candidates to amass all potential TV ad funds together, and split the TV ad time evenly, while airing the commercials adjoining each other, creating a equal platform for all candidates to be heard, while eliminating mudslinging, by creating a forum where candidates can express why they're more qualified to be president, without being concerned over time or campaign funds. Which will also help the average citizen make a informed decision. This "TV ad fund" should be completely public and open for inquisition.
