$6.2 billion was spent on the 2012 election cycle. Think of all we could of accomplished instead of TV ads and billboards. This is what this great nation has now reduced itself to. What counts is cash. Cash buy votes and candidates. Candidates work for those who have the most cash and serve their own self interest. We need campaign reform now. Lets make sure that No one can buy a candidate.
