Take more action to help New York public schools

Mayor Bloomberg has taken one too many steps in the wrong direction in regards to how the New York City public school teachers and students are being treated. New York's local government is not taking enough action to put an end to the damage he has inflicted on innocent people who are doing their jobs and children who are simply trying to get an education. Bloomberg is supposed to be helping us, not destroying our careers, lives, and futures. What could possibly possess a man to be so blind to how much harm he has inflicted in this city rather than good? As an aspiring teacher I am asking President Obama to do more for New York's education system in order to prevent Mayor Bloomberg from going farther than he has already gone.
