The current state of Information Technology Security in the United States is extremely weak. Current technology used by the Government has been weak in addressing daily penetrations of critical infrastructure. Cyber Security Contracts to the top ten Federal IT Contractors while expensive have not created optimal results that assure the security of critical defense and commercial infrastructure critical to our existence as a nation. Entrenched bereaucracies within the Government literally make it impossible for creative people and organizations to add value and help create solutions to the problem. Common understanding tells us that large companies seldom create optimal solutions. We need a new focus on small innovators to solve this problem now. Open more opportunities for small business
