Take more direct action on China's clear acts of espionage against the United States

China has become a threat to the United States through acts of espionage including theft of military weapon systems and systems vital to national security. To underestimate their ability to cause damage to our infrastructure would be a serious mistake and therefore demands direct action to be taken. The resent hacks into unprotected systems dealing with water treatment and power plants alongside the acts of espionage suggest a clear preparation for actions of a larger scale and must be acted upon. Being our largest trading partner they pose too large of a threat economically as well as militarily to be ignored.
