Dear, the Obama administration. I am a concerned citizen, not concerned for foreign policy. For weapon control.. No. I am concerned that we are focusing more energy on being a police force to the world -- Then taking initiative to expand our grasp, not as a nation.. As a planet. I ask you all if you would consider with some interest the idea of a 'warp bubble', which some scientists consider within our grasp.. We've only taken small steps toward it, because we do not adequately fund our space program's, rather we focus on social program's, and other things which impede our development. I ask you'd at the least increase the funding of the space program, to be akin in funding to the military. For the good of all who wish to see beyond our blue dot.. And explore. I ask you consider this.
