It should not be illegal to grow and/or possess small amounts of marijuana for personal usage. It is hypocrisy for this government to sanction the use of alcohol by the people of this country and prosecute those who engage in personal use of marijuana Alcohol, is legal, sanctioned, marketed on tv and commonly associated with sporting events and many other activities. Yet alcohol usage and abuse is the source of many problems in our society. These problems range from drunk driving to domestic abuse The government turns a blind eye to this and pursues the prosecution of marijuana users and allocates many resources, including our taxes, in its war on drugs to include marijuana. It is illogical, hypocritical and a very poor use of our money. Lets not incarcerate our people anymore for this.
