Our freedom was built on the supreme sacrifice of our ancestors escaping tyranny. Our freedom and the freedom of many of our allies have and are continually purchased with American blood all over the world. Throughout history the loss of freedom such as private firearms ownership has often marched hand in hand with the rise of tyranny. Gun control measures being discussed in Washington and advertised by the media today are aimed at direct erosion of the 2nd Amendment and ultimately, as history has shown will do nothing to prevent a future tragedy. However, attacks on the 2nd Amendment are like nails in the coffin of freedom undermining what so many have laid down their lives to protect. Seek out and implement measures that will actually protect our people. Gun Control is not the answer.
