take no direct military action against the Assad regime.

Created by A.B. on August 27, 2013

The recent chemical weapons use in Syria is truly tragic and the perpetrators should be punished. Military action against the Assad regime will do more harm than good in the region. People, military and civilians alike, who had nothing to do with the chemical weapons will be killed, and for what?
The administration needs to take a step back and consider other viable non-aggressive options - a naval blockade, a no-fly zone - and it must do so with the support of the United Nations.
It only takes one badly aimed cruise missile to start a world war.
