This country has been operating without a budget for more than four years.
Unrestrained spending and borrowing, without a plan to maintain growth and prosperity have led this nation to the point of calamity.
This inaction on the part of the Federal Government is irresponsible, disgraceful, and unacceptable.
We demand that a budget be proposed, discussed, adjusted accordingly, passed by both chambers, and implemented immediately. Only then can a reasonable discussion of tax hikes and spending initiatives be discussed.
