I'm not an american citizen, i'm a Nigerian, but i'm concerned about this piece that i read on new-york post about china's secret plan to topple the UNITED-STATES as the worlds super-power. Is the united states government aware of this threat and are they united against this impending power struggle? Considering the fact that the united-states legislature is more concerned with winning legislative seats. Are america's defence institutions and abilities ready to face this threat?
