There are more empty houses than homeless in this country, there is a solution. Housing MUST be sold at the true market value or rented to a homeless family via State/Federal program with an option to buy. Create Co-Oppertaive Housing as adults should be treated as adults. Refurbish and legalize rooming houses for transient workers. Make Tenant Rights a Federal Law so its easier to report slumlords. Give tax breaks to house families and students in college. This could also encourage small business growth as some building are suited for both work and living accommodations.
