Take pit bulls off dangerous breed list and add the owners instead.

It is time to take them off a list and put the owners on it instead. I have known many pit bulls and the ones that are loved and treated like family are not mean by nature. If they are attacked more than likely they are going to defend themselves just like a human would. Should a child be put on a list just because their parents are mean people? The pit bulls that I have known over the years act like children and yes they are protective of their families, wouldn't you be protective of yours? Pit bulls can be loving, playful, and one of the best animals anyone can own. It is not the dogs fault the owner does not socialize it with other dogs or people when it is growing up. Take for example, a German Shepard is on the dangerous list but law enforcement still use them. Please reconsider....
