Everyday students are expected to stand up in the morning to Pledge their Allegiance to the U.S. flag and in 1954 the word "God" was put into it which violates some religions. Other than the fact that not everybody believes in "God", the whole procedure of pledging your allegiance is a bunch of baloney because no one should have to recite something to prove their allegiance to the United States of America. Please stop making people uncomfortable just because of their religion!
