A vote by the American Citizens to give the Republican Congress a very CLEAR picture of how we feel (confidence in them or lack of) on their reckless decisions to include but not limited to: taxes, debt and debt ceiling, social programs, and yes the U.N. treaty regarding the treatment of people with disabilities.
