The harm to our national security caused by the breach of data maintained by the Office of Personnel Management is immeasurable. There need to be real, swift, substantial, and painful consequences dealt out to the perpetrators or we have no deterrence to another Cyber 9/11 -- like the one we have just experienced. It will take time to shore up our cyber security. In the meantime, we need real deterrence. China has been stealing everything from our country that isn't bolted down. Enough is enough!
