Take responsibility for OPM's Cyber Breach and eliminate mandatory arbitration clauses in contracts, including CSID's

Created by J.F. on December 22, 2015

One of the hallmarks of our republican (small "r") system of government, and our first amendment right under the US Constitution, is the right to organize and petition the Government for a redress of grievances, one vital means of which is petitioning the Courts as a class. Arbitration clauses in contracts have neutered the people's right to attain Constitutional balance and redress through class action suits. We the people demand that you put a stop to this very disturbing line of jurisprudence and champion our Constitutional rights. More than 4.2M of us want our voices heard and the freedom to make our case in court. We want you to ask Congress to restore our rights to class action by banning the use of arbitration clauses in contracts, including the CSID contract for credit monitoring.
