I propose an amendment that calls for any and all tax payer funded employees As representatives of the people, for the people, and by the people of the United States of America. To be held and take responsibility for the performance of the office they hold. "No more passing the buck."
Elected officials need to hold themselves to the highest standards of ethics & accountability, And take responsibility for Their actions as well as the actions of their employee's, interns, & appointees. The same way we hold CEO's, Board Members, Supervisors, & Managers of Companies and Organizations accountable for the actions of their employees and volunteers .
