Sallie Mae servicing does not follow the letter of the law when it comes to student lending. The endless phone calls for payment, wanting you to borrow from family and friends to pay of student loans to them is at best outrageous.
The Federal Government System will bend over backwards to work with you and show you how to work out a payment plan with them. Sallie Mae will do no such thing. They are only concerned with money and interest on that money. This company needs to be delt with so that no other students have to deal with this in their lifetime. Education should not have to come with an neverending headache from a lender.
