I ask the Obama Administration to undertake a Scientific project to discover what in the human DNA makes a male, male, and what makes a female, female. Then discover how to change that DNA in every cell and transform ones gender. Sounds impossible but many things can be done with Science. This would allow people who want to be the opposite sex to do such without the risks of a sex change procedure and allow them to feel like a naturally born man/woman.
