take a serious look at funding for public schools. Our students are suffering and teachers are losing jobs.

The public schools in America need help. The Federal government is ignoring the children and the majority of schools. Programs are being cut, class sizes are huge, mental health issues of children are not being addressed in (or outside) of schools. Children are being stressed, tested to death and Teachers are losing jobs. The government needs to reevaluate our educational system, funding and needs. Schools also must have emergency funding to stop teacher cuts and improve what we have left right now. Our children are suffering, our teachers are suffering. Education should not be about the "have" and "have nots". It should be about being AMERICAN and making AMERICA strong. When you forgo education, you throw away all of our future.
