Take some of the massive military budget and have water wells put on the Indian Reservations.

After watching the Sunday Morning show on CBS on 8/16/2015 about the Navajo nation running out of water and it only costing $500,000 to dig a new well, why can't we NOT make just ONE military helicopter and build them a well instead???
