- More than 90% of juvenile sexual abuse victims know their perpetrator in some way.
Challenge Congress to pass legislation regarding:
Stricter penalties for perpetrators and parties resposible for childs supervision.
Mandatory notification to both parents in sex crimes
Increased funding for education, prevention and intervention.
