Many Americans are subjected to random drug screens for a variety of reasons, but congressmen and women are not. Erratic behavior in congress of late raises suspicion about the involvement of drugs or alcohol. Americans do not want inebriated Senators and Representatives making decisions that affect our country as a whole. This petition is for the White House to take the necessary steps to attempt to pass legislation requiring congressmen to be drug-tested monthly and to undergo mental health evaluations annually.
