Take steps to ensure a vibrant Fourth Estate

In as much as the broadcast media is now a servant of large corporations and political interests, and economic forces are destroying legitimate print journalism. This destruction of print journalism deprives the nation of a robust Fourth Estate necessary to ensure that factual, fair, complete and probing investigative journalism is widely disseminated. The congress shall enact legislation that provides for an income tax credit equal to 150% of the subscription paid for any newspaper of public record published in the United States.
