Take steps to legalize Marijuana for people who suffer from certain illnesses or diseases

Many people suffer from certain types of illnesses or diseases that affect their mindset to great extents. People who suffer from most types of cancer go through chemotherapy and radiation that causes them to be weak (even more so after losing their appetite) and especially after all the many factors of such illnesses, a persons morality in general is vastly affected. It is not news to anyone that the use of marijuana makes people happier and increases their appetite. If you have a disease or illness with such factors, to an an extent that you can no longer work and your morality is affected in such an extreme way, I see no reason that you cannot make yourself happier and, in some ways, more healthy by the use of marijuana.
