Take steps in making it mandatory for gun dealers to keep a log of their inventory and sales for buyer information

I would like to bring forth the idea of a provision to the current system that is being enforced by the ATF. No longer should the ATF sit idly and merely give suggestions to gun dealers. Gun dealership is a business, and certain businesses need regulations to make sure that particular business brings no harm to not just it's consumers, but anybody. An obvious first step would be enforcing a law requiring licensed gun dealerships to keep a record of it's inventory, sales, and buyer information. This should hurt and inhibit nobody who is running a legitimate business, and who knows, maybe some jobs will be created in the process.
