TAKE STEPS TO PROTECT THE U.S. CITIZENS IN HONG KONG WHO MIGHT ENCOUNTER MY EXPERIENCE

1. The police refused to investigate the wrongful intrusion into my flat.They ignored the guards always left the main door of the building open.Complaints were not taken seriously.
2. After unsuccessfuI application for judicial review in High Court I appealed to the Court of Appeal During the hearing, Judge Kwan harassed me.The Chief Judge ignored my complaint.Kwan wrote the Judgment which wrongfully twisted all the facts. I complained to ICAC.After investigation ICAC informed me that they had not been able to get evidence against the Judges .
3. I wrote to the Chief Executive,members of Legislative Council and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Hong Kong asking for help.All were unsuccessful.
