Take the street performers off the Las Vegas strip and Fremont Street

The street performers on the Las Vegas Strip and panhandling for money, they are rude and cuss at you when you don't tip them, they smell and are dirty and are not paying taxes on the money they make nor do they have a work permit to be there. They are making the strip and Fremont street trashy. Locals and tourists both are sick of them. Please do something to control these street performer that have just found a new way to beg for money.
