Tens and thousands of women and innocent children are caught in the middle of the fighting in Syria. This petition is to appeal to the US Congress and lawmakers to step up and order unprecedented amounts of medical aid, food, water, rescue and help for non-combatant civilians in Syria, particularly women and children.
Political and military conflicts must not drag in non-combatant members of the population. Women and children often have nothing to gain from such conflicts . These children need to be able to live and thrive knowing that the rest of the world did not turn their eyes away from them.
