Take such administrative action as necessary to prevent the current situation with Cliven Bundy of Bunkerville, Nevada who's family has used the land for 140 years from turning into another tragic loss of life, as has happened too often before.
It has already become a nightmare for Cliven Bundy and his family, simply because his cattle were grassing in scrub desert; on State of Nevada Owned land until the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. National Park Service intervened; resulting in Federal Agents and Snipers being sent in; surrounding his home thereby placing it under a state of siege.
Also consider taking administrative action so as to require the recent conflict avoidance policy of the Border Patrol to apply to all Federal Agents when dealing with CITIZENS of the United States.
