take tangible steps to reduce barriers to effective technology approaches

This petition is to ask for
(1) broader discussion and consideration of our enterprise approach in use of technology to support our work processes, including, but not limited to telework, virtual employees and group work;
(2) tangible steps to reduce barriers to effective work through investment in appropriate technology at the level of the individual employee and through reconsideration of the broad-brush approach to security for security's sake that has both hampered staff and resulted in workarounds that arguably increase risk.
